I’m meticulous by nature — always planning, always organizing, always looking for a smarter way to get things done. But what really drives me is people. I love connecting teams, translating creative ideas into actionable plans, and keeping things real so the work moves swiftly.
Even though I live on the process side, I’ve always been drawn to creativity. I like to say I’m the structure behind the story — the person who helps creative teams bring their best ideas to life without the messy in-betweens.
I started Alinea because I believe project management is an art form. When you have the right structure in place, creativity can flow freely.
